What to know when applying
Administrative role: Authorised agencies handle the submission and administrative side of your application, but the Singapore High Commission makes the final decision.
No guarantee: The agency does not guarantee for Singapore visa. They can only apply for a Singapore visa and the visa decision will be made Singapore High Commission which will grant visa or not.
Application reasons: Applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the type of visa (e.g., single, Double Journey and multiple Journeys) is determined by the High Commission’s requirements.
Contacting the agency: If your application is pending, you may approach the AVA for assistance. They can also help you with appealing a rejection, though the High Commission will consider appeals on a case-by-case basis and may not reveal the reason for rejection.
